7:00 a.m. - Start Time for all Triathlon Races.
7:30 a.m. - Start Time for 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, and Duathlon.
9:30 a.m. Awards presentation in the tent on Simmons Island Beach for 5k and 10k.
11:00 a.m. Awards presentation in the tent on Simmons Island Beach for all other races.
